Christmas Cake

Mini Christmas cake, perfect for one or two people. It can provide up to 10 generous slices. Perfect for a Christmas gift for friends or family. 
All cakes are made with the finest ingredients, seasonal dried fruits and nuts which have been soaked in brandy for a few weeks prior to baking. The cakes will receive another feed of brandy in November just prior to icing, which makes them very moist and absolutely delicious. 
Covered in almond marzipan and sugarpaste and decorated with a lovely winter wreath.
